Jim DeVries, President and Chief Executive Officer

In December 2018, after leading many of ADT’s recent operational and strategic improvements, Jim DeVries was promoted to CEO and President. Jim had served as President since September 2017 and had joined ADT as Chief Operating Officer in May 2016. Prior to joining ADT, Jim held senior leadership roles at leading companies in the insurance, financial services and telecommunications industries, including most recently as Executive Vice President for Allstate Brand Operations. Before joining Allstate, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Principal Financial Group, and Vice President for Corporate Services and Human Resources at Ameritech’s Monitoring and Security Services Division. He received a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College, a master’s degree from Loyola University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Dan Bresingham, Executive Vice President, Commercial

In his current role, Dan Bresingham oversees all P&L activity for National Accounts and Commercial Businesses, as well as Canada. He previously was ADT’s Chief Administrative Officer, where he led M&A, and held accountability for HR and Business Operations. Dan has been part of the security industry since 2004, when he was named Controller at HSM Security (now Stanley). Since then, he served as the CFO of Stanley Convergent Security Solutions and Protection 1, and held positions at Arthur Andersen, PwC and Universal Access before joining the industry. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dan received his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Jay Darfler, Senior Vice President, Emerging Markets

Jay Darfler joined ADT in May 2016 as Senior Vice President, Emerging Markets and leads the identification and execution of new product, technology and channel opportunities for ADT, with a focus on delivering new revenue sources and segments outside of ADT's traditional security footprint. He joined ADT from Cross Country Home Services where he was the Vice President, Connected Home & Product Development and was responsible for the CCHS Connected Home offering. Jay began his career at Office Max, holding numerous roles of increasing responsibility during his 11-year tenure. Jay graduated from the University of Illinois College of Business with a degree in Finance.

Gray Finney, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer

P. Gray Finney joined ADT as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary in May 2016. He has previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ADT Security Services, Inc. between 1997 and 2003. Gray served as a senior lawyer at Ryder System, Inc. and a Regional Manager of SimplexGrinnell LP’s Gulf Coast Region where he was responsible for business operations in Georgia, Alabama and Louisiana. Gray is a former member of The Monitoring Association (formerly known as the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA)) Board of Directors. He holds multiple degrees in law, accounting and finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jamie Haenggi, Chief Customer Officer

In August 2018, after leading ADT’s Marketing and Inside Sales Operations, Jamie Haenggi became the company’s Chief Customer Officer, overseeing the end-to-end Customer Experience and Call Center Operations. She joined ADT in May 2016 and has over 25 years of experience in the security and telecom industries in senior leadership roles including Marketing, Sales, Six Sigma and Customer Operations, both domestically and internationally. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Jamie received her degree in International Relations and Japanese.

Jochen Koedijk, Chief Marketing Officer

Jochen Koedijk joined ADT as Chief Marketing Officer in July 2018. Prior to joining ADT, Jochen served as Vice President, Marketing at Chewy.com, where he led the company to accelerated growth. Jochen’s previous experience also includes executive marketing roles at Amazon and Electronic Arts, where he led worldwide Social Media and New Channel Advertising and Global Performance Marketing, respectively. He received a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in social sciences from the VU University in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Jeff Likosar, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Likosar joined ADT as Chief Financial Officer in October 2016, leading the company’s financial strategy to help drive profitable business growth. Prior to joining ADT, Jeff served as CFO at Gardner Denver for nearly three years, where he was responsible for all aspects of the finance function. Jeff’s previous experience also includes various executive finance roles at Dell, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Vice President of Operations Finance. Jeff began his career at GE in its Appliances business in Louisville, Kentucky, and also held leadership roles in GE Plastics and GE Aircraft Engines. He holds his degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Ken Porpora, Chief Growth Officer

Ken Porpora was named Chief Growth Officer in October 2018, focusing on growth within ADT’s residential and small business market segments. Ken has 20 years of experience in the security industry with ADT, in a wide range of finance, sales, marketing, data analytics, and operational positions. Prior to his current role, Ken was ADT’s President, Field Operations. He also held roles as Chief Financial Officer of ADT’s Residential Business Unit, and Vice President of various financial and data analytics leadership roles. Ken received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

Don Young, Chief Information Officer and EVP, Field Operations

Don Young was named Chief Information Officer and EVP, Field Operations in October 2018, where he’s responsible for Technology, as well as Field Sales and Operations. Prior to his current role, Don was Chief Information Officer after joining the company in 2016. He first entered the alarm industry in 1988 after serving four years in the United States Air Force as a Computer Programmer Analyst. Since then, he has worked as Central Station Manager, Operations and General Manager, Corporate Director, Director of Call Center Operations, VP of Information Technology, CIO and COO. Don is currently VP and incoming President of The Monitoring Association (TMA) and past President of the Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response (PPVAR).
