Timothy J. Whall, Chief Executive Officer

Timothy J. Whall became CEO of ADT in May 2016. He started in the security industry in high school while working for the family business, Whall Security, in Detroit, Michigan. Tim has held positions at every level including Installer, Call Center Operator, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer and CEO. Decades of experience span from his family-run security business to leading some of the largest security companies in the world, while always keeping his focus on the customer and ensuring their experience is second-to-none.

Jim DeVries, President

Jim DeVries is the President for ADT and is responsible for leading all sales, care and operational aspects of the company. He joined ADT in May 2016 from Allstate, where he was the Executive Vice President for Brand Operations. Before joining Allstate, he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Principal Financial Group and Vice President for Corporate Services and Human Resources at Ameritech’s Monitoring Services Division. Earlier in his career, he held management roles at Quaker Oats, Leaf and Andrew Corporation. He received a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College, a master’s degree from Loyola University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jeff Likosar, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Likosar joined ADT as Chief Financial Officer in October 2016. Prior to joining ADT, Jeff served as CFO at Gardner Denver for nearly three years, where he was responsible for all aspect of the finance function. Jeff’s previous experience also includes various executive finance roles at Dell, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Vice President of Operations Finance. In his six years at Dell, he improved and streamlined many components of the finance function. He also helped the company deliver record financial results, integrated more than 20 acquisitions, and managed key elements of a multibillion dollar take-private transaction. Jeff began his career at GE in its Appliances business in Louisville, Kentucky. He soon became a leader in that organization and, throughout his 15-year tenure, Jeff also held leadership roles in GE Plastics and GE Aircraft Engines. His focus in most of these assignments was on driving operational execution, creative growth, cost control, cash management, controllership, and business restructurings. His time at GE included assignments in various geographies, including two roles outside the United States.

Likosar holds his degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Dan Bresingham, Chief Administrative Officer

Dan Bresingham became ADT’s Chief Administrative Officer in September 2017 and has been part of the security industry since 2004, when he was named Controller at HSM Security (now Stanley). He served as the CFO of Stanley Convergent Security Solutions and held positions at Arthur Andersen, PwC and Universal Access. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dan received his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Account and Certified Internal Auditor.

P. Gray Finney, Chief Legal Counsel

P. Gray Finney joined ADT as Chief Legal Counsel in May 2016. He has previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ADT Security Services, Inc. Gray served as Senior Lawyer at Ryder System, Inc. and Regional Manager of SimplexGrinnell LP’s Gulf Coast Region where he was responsible for business operations in Georgia, Alabama and Louisiana. Gray is a former member of the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) Board of Directors. He holds multiple degrees in law, accounting and finance.

Jamie Rosand Haenggi, Chief Growth Officer

Jamie Haenggi joined ADT as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer in May 2016 and has 20 years of experience in the security industry across a wide range of sales and marketing positions. She served as the CMO at Vonage prior to returning to the industry and joining Protection 1. During her tenure at Protection 1, Jamie is proud to have represented the company in winning several SAMMY awards, Call Center Excellence Awards, Bulldog PR Awards, and website and radio advertising awards.

Bob Dale, Senior Vice President, National Account Sales

Bob Dale joined the ADT leadership team as Senior Vice President, National Account Sales in May 2016. He was previously Senior Vice President of Sales for Protection 1. Bob began his security career in 1983 as a Commercial Sales Representative for ADT and has held several managerial positions, including National Account Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager, and Regional General Manager before joining Protection 1 and being named Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in from the University of Louisville.

Donald Young, Chief Information Officer

Don was named Chief Information Officer of ADT in May 2016. He joined the alarm industry in 1988 after serving four years in the United States Air Force as a Computer Programmer Analyst. Since then, he has worked as Central Station Manager, Operations and General Manager, Corporate Director, Director of Call Center Operations, VP of Information Technology and CIO. For the past several years, Don has served on the Board of Directors for the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA). He is currently President of the Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response (PPVAR).

Jay Darfler, Senior Vice President, Emerging Markets

Jay Darfler joined ADT in May 2016 as Senior Vice President, Secured by ADT and leads the strategic development and operational execution of the Secured by ADT 'Canopy' business unit. He joined ADT from Cross Country Home Services where he was the Vice President, Connected Home & Product Development and was responsible for the CCHS Connected Home offering.
