Jim DeVries, President and Chief Executive Officer

James D. DeVries is a member of our Board of Directors, and our President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. DeVries was appointed as our President in September 2017 and as our Chief Executive Officer in December 2018. From May 2, 2016 to September 2017, Mr. DeVries served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From December 2014 to May 2016, Mr. DeVries served as Executive Vice President of Brand Operations at Allstate Insurance Company, the second largest personal lines insurer in the United States. During his tenure at Allstate, Mr. DeVries led the operations organization, comprising approximately 7,000 employees in the United States, Northern Ireland and India, and was responsible for, among other things, customer care centers, outbound and inbound phone sales, procurement, technical support, life underwriting and claims, real estate, administration, and fleet management. From March 2008 to December 2014, Mr. DeVries served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Allstate, where he was accountable for, among other things, real estate and administration, human resources, and procurement. Prior to joining Allstate in 2008, Mr. DeVries served in various executive and management roles at Principal Financial Group, Ameritech, Quaker Oats Company, and Andrew Corporation. Mr. DeVries is a board member of Amsted Industries Inc., a diversified global manufacturer of industrial components serving primarily the railroad, vehicular, and construction and building markets, and a past board member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, the Chicago Public Library Foundation, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa. Mr. DeVries received a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College, which is now known as Trinity International University, a master’s degree from Loyola University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Dan Bresingham, Executive Vice President, Commercial

Dan Bresingham, Executive Vice President, ADT Commercial, oversees all P&L activity for National Accounts and Commercial Businesses. He previously was ADT’s Chief Administrative Officer, where he led M&A, and held accountability for HR and Business Operations. Dan has been part of the security industry since 2004, when he was named Controller at HSM Security (now Stanley). Since then, he served as the CFO of Stanley Convergent Security Solutions and Protection 1, and held positions at Arthur Andersen, PwC and Universal Access before joining the industry. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dan received his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Jamie Haenggi, Chief Customer Officer

Jamie Haenggi is ADT’s Chief Customer Officer, overseeing optimization of the ADT customer experience from end-to-end. Mrs. Haenggi joined ADT in 2016 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the security and telecom industries, including Chief Customer Experience Officer at Protection 1, Inc. from 2010 to 2106 and Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Customer Experience at Vonage, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Prior to 2016 she held various sales and marketing roles at Holmes Protection Group and National Guardian Corporation. Mrs. Haenggi is on the board of directors of Enphase Energy, a global energy technology company and the world’s leading supplier of microinverter-based solar-plus-storage systems.

Mrs. Haenggi was honored in the Marketing Hall of Femme in 2014, is a multi-year SAMMY Industry Marketing Award winner, and recognized as building culture that inspires world-class customer service. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations and Japanese from the University of Minnesota.

Harriet Harty, Chief Administrative Officer

Harriet K. Harty joined ADT in July 2020 as the Chief Administrative Officer. Ms. Harty is a Senior Business Executive with a strong combination of financial acumen, operational excellence and human resources expertise. Prior to joining ADT, Ms. Harty served roughly 25 years at Allstate in various leadership roles, including as their Chief Human Resource Officer, and, just prior to ADT, served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sompo International. Ms. Harty also serves as an advisory board member for After School Matters and has served as a Board Member for Women Employed. She earned a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Keith F. Holmes, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer

Keith F. Holmes is our Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer as of May 2021. Mr. Holmes previously served as Executive Vice President, Head of Cox Business at Cox Communications, Inc. (“Cox”), where he was responsible for driving the strategic direction of the high-growth division and overseeing all financial, sales, operations, product development and marketing for business customers, including wholesale services for telecom carriers, security solutions and new business ventures. At Cox, Mr. Holmes also had the roles of Senior Vice President – Head of Residential Sales and Senior Vice President – Field Sales, since 2017 and 2014, respectively. Mr. Holmes was also a Vice President at AT&T Mobility. Mr. Holmes has spent over 30 years in the communications industry. Mr. Holmes has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

DeLu Jackson, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

DeLu Jackson is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at ADT. Prior to joining ADT in 2021, Jackson served as Vice President, Precision Marketing at Conagra Brands, where he was responsible for integrated marketing, e-commerce, brand strategy, and advertising. He has more than 20 years of marketing experience, including senior roles for the domestic and international operations at brands including Kellogg Company, McDonald’s, and Nissan. He has a Master of Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.

Jeff Likosar, Chief Financial Officer and President, Corporate Development

Jeff Likosar is ADT’s Chief Financial Officer and President, Corporate Development. In addition to his CFO duties, he leads the company’s business development activities, new business, partnerships, strategic initiatives, and communications. Likosar joined ADT as Chief Financial Officer in 2016, leading the company’s financial strategy to help drive profitable business growth. Prior to joining ADT, he served as CFO at Gardner Denver and held various executive finance roles at Dell and GE. Likosar holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Ken Porpora, Executive Vice President, Finance

Ken Porpora is Executive Vice President, Finance at ADT and is responsible for finance operations across the company, leading teams in accounting, treasury, audit, tax, operational support, and FP&A. Porpora previously served as Chief Growth Officer of ADT, where he led growth initiatives within the residential and small business market segments. He has more than 22 years of experience in the security industry with ADT in a wide range of finance, sales, marketing, data analytics, and operational positions. Porpora received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University.

David Smail, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

David Smail was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of ADT in February 2019. He has more than 25 years of experience in the U.S. and internationally, including 10 years of law firm corporate and securities transactional practice, and more than 15 years in public company general counsel roles. He most recently served as Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer for Scientific Games Corporation, a leading developer and provider of technology-based products, systems, platforms and services for the global gaming and lottery industries. Prior to that he held the role of Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Morgans Hotel Group, an international hospitality company, and previously was Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel of global advertising and communications services business Havas S.A. He also was a partner in the international law firm Hogan Lovells (previously Hogan & Hartson). He received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude in Biology and French from Macalester College.

Don Young, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Don Young is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ADT. He previously served as the company’s Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, Field Operations. He started in the alarm industry in 1988 after serving four years in the United States Air Force as a computer programmer analyst. Since then he has held various leadership roles across many areas within the security industry. Don is currently president of The Monitoring Association (TMA) and past president of the Partnership for Priority Video Alarm Response (PPVAR).
